Her commitment to supporting marginalized communities and addressing systemic issues led her to launch Kuponya Innovations..

In Swahili, "Kuponya" means “to heal” - the guiding principle behind Jordan’s mission to support frontline communities most affected by climate change. Kuponya Innovations designs innovative, resilient, and sustainable housing solutions through community co-creation and a deep respect for the land.

Kuponya Innovations is building homes in northern Indigenous communities, creating a foundation for long-term sustainability. Their holistic approach involves community members in every stage—from design to construction and maintenance—ensuring both environmental and economic resilience.
